Refund Policy

Digital Products
All items sold by PromptPress Co. are digital products, delivered instantly via download. Because of the instant, digital nature of our products, we're unable to offer refunds once a file has been downloaded, except as described below.

Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an order for digital content. However, this right ends once you begin downloading the file, provided you've given consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel by doing so. By completing checkout, you agree to instant delivery and acknowledge this.

When We Will Refund You
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We'll offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:

• You experience a technical issue accessing or downloading the file that we're unable to resolve
• The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was described
• You were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate purchase)

How to Request a Refund
Email hello@promptpressco.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

What We Can't Refund
We're unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after downloading, didn't get around to using the guide, or didn't get the specific results you hoped for — this is educational content, and outcomes depend on your own effort and circumstances.
